Commonwealth Home
Support Programme
Require a little assistance at home? You can access funds through the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) to simplify your daily life.
What is CHSP?
The Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) is a Government-funded initiative designed to assist individuals in maintaining their independence at home. If you have low-level needs, such as help getting dressed, physiotherapy to reduce those functionally limiting aches and pains or exercise physiology to maintain your health and fitness, CHSP services may be suitable for you. Participants in this program typically access one or two services, which can be provided on either a temporary or long-term basis. Phytness HealthCare is here to support your allied health requirements.
